When the package was late and no new shipping updates, the seller started a lost mail search. I received many updates from the seller telling me who had been contacted at the USPS. The seller sent a picture of the package to the USPS to help find it. I was given the choice of a refund or keep waiting for the package. I had confidence USPS would deliver if you waited long enough!
