Seller had great communication as they worked with me to find a solution with quick responses. Though we couldn't fix the issue, the seller was very understanding and the item was refunded. The power supply is as described. It came very carefully packaged (and securely bubble-wrapped). Super speedy shipping...he shipped it yesterday, and I was surprised it arrived today! I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction! I hope to do more business with him in the future! Highly recommended! AAAAA+++++
