After getting in contact with seller they sent the correct item and made things right. One thing I can say is that from my experience they pack their items for shipping very well. The device I ordered was VERY fragile and arrived with no damage as they shipped it double boxed with lots of padding. I cant say enough good things about their packing. Once I ordered it after 9pm, the shipper had possession by early afternoon the next day! There was a substantial shipping fee, but I think that the seller, being conscientious, was motivated to get it out fast. Certainly giving value to the shipping fee, unlike other sellers. The monitor was advertised as used with some scratches and signs of wear, but it looks & works great! There are only a few scratches on the stand behind the monitor, but can't be seen.
