FedEx won't provide any information without the name and address the page was sent to. I tried contacting the seller and they only issued a refund with no other explanation on what happened. The order was shipped to the exact eBay address on file, but FedEx made an error that was out of my control. Even though I also lost money on shipping, I immediately issued a full refund so the buyer would not be left at a loss. I always try to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
