They've been great when contacting them about the delay with the delivery! Products were in excellent condition. The price for the products were fair and even offered a refund if needed.     Unfortunately, even after myself and SkincareMALL were patiently waiting week after week after week, USPS never delivered my package (Seller in Canada, im in Colorado) BUT, I do realize that is NOT under the sellers control, it just happens sometimes!
