It works great and met my needs. Good value.

However one of the batteries was no good. I sent them a message and they quickly sent me replacement batteries. It's easy when everything goes right but when a company does this much to fix things when things go wrong then I think very highly of them. Highly recommend these guys!

Battery arrived in a bag, was manufactured 5 years prior, and had scuffs. Obviously used. The seller however was responsive and at first offered a 2/3 refund, I demanded a full refund and seller agreed. While I will never do business with seller again, the seller did make this situation right with a full refund so I am not leaving a negative comment. Seeing others comments this is a trend.
