Item did not include the front bezel as shown in the product listing. The bezel has been requested. Seller has not yet responded to a request to send the bezel. As a result, since we need to place the server with a client and cannot place a server with gaping holes in the front, we have had to purchase a bezel separately from a different vendor. This is frustrating and unnecessary for a transaction that would have otherwise been fine.

When received, PC was still registered (and locked) to previous owner, couldn't even get in to Windows. After days of troubleshooting, had to return it. No apology or offer to make it right. I asked for a replacement- which was sent, but improperly packaged and was physically damaged with parts rattling around inside PC. Again, no apology, no comment, no offer to make it right, just a return label.
