Granted, I was not able to be there for signature which was also a great thing to have to ensure it gets delivered correctly. Packaging was nicely sealed with a message on tape stating "check contents if seal is broken. Item was securely packaged and item came as described. I did get this item a little higher than MSRP but it was a fair price for the item

Like new condition, fit without issue in my system and works well. Professional seller with great communication, it's evident this is a great company to work with.
