I contacted the seller, and they offered me to either send it back, or take a 15% refund. My plans were to use the warming base for a large chafing dish, so I went with the refund. The refund went fast, and I am using the base now. It is good quality, brand new in the box, and the price was very reasonable. very nice item. I may still use the original trays later on.

All I did was email the company back and explain to them. I did not have one. The company was fantastic. They did not hesitate and they saw to it as fast as possible. A charging cord would be sent to me. I think that is great for a company to look at its customers in such a way.
