This was a new in box/open box item. The box holes were taped over and sent. There was 0 protective material (bubble wrap, sealed air, etc). I attempted to message seller letting them know that they need to package items better, but my message was ignored and never responded to. So, maybe non-positive feedback will get sellers attention.
