The seller, Vitaly, always sends them very well packaged for the trip. Communication is great. Trumps new meddling with things that should be left alone has not impacted getting kits from Ukraine. It still takes the same week to get to the United States from Europe but takes an extra week now once in the United States thanks to our president. The kits are definitely good quality and worth the price. I highly recommend this seller.

The kits came today, safely packed in individual boxes that were then wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrapped. Very thorough. And the details on the 3D printed ground vehicles was amazing and intricate. Definitely as described. I will ordering more to fill out details of my underground hangar. The seller created a unique parts order for me based on the items and quantities I wanted. That’s above and beyond service and value.

The items arrived relatively quickly (from Ukraine to USA). There was a minor mixup with one of the items. The packaging had the correct label but the items did not match (different tire tread than expected). HotModelStudio got in contact with the manufacturer and discovered the issue.
