The price was great, shipping and packaging were great and the item arrived as scheduled. I missed the window to pick up in the store so would appreciate a wider window to choose pickup versus shipping. Otherwise no complaints. The in-store staff are always very well-informed and have supported items after the sale without hesitation.

I've read several comments about it taking too long to be shipped out. Their description clearly states to give them three business days from time auction ends. So far I haven't had a problem and it is sent FedEx which means I get it very quickly. Plus good price on shipping.

Description said the monitor was used—yes, it was out of the original box but it was pristine and clearly had never actually been used (original protective film still present on stand and back). Shipping was fast (shipped ground 3 days after purchase and then 5 or 6 days coast to coast) and priced low. Packaging was effective, with lots of bubble wrap. I’ll definitely check with this vendor first in my next electronics purchase. Thanks!
