    The Keyboard came in its original box taped with a white plastic bag like cover and delivered by FedEx. All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

    Delivery was very fast. The product was clean upon unpacking, with only some dust. However, the filter holder was severely damaged. After checking the security camera footage, I saw the delivery person roughly throwing it at my door. After providing the footage and pictures of the damaged product, the seller responded quickly and offered me a return and refund. They are indeed a very responsible seller.

    It still had tags & was in sealed clear bags. Tags still attached to shoulder strap. Completely pleased with it matching post description. The value was great as it didn’t exceed new prices vs places such as Amazon since shipping was included. Speaking of shipping, that was fast & timely too. Thank you for using a company that wasn’t USPS.
