The laptop arrived in awful condition: damaged hinges (I spent $30$ to fix them) and a faulty lid sensor, the laptop shuts down when closed. The seller KNEW it was being exported to another country and still shipped it like this. I can’t return it, shipping costs would be insane. Now they ignore all my messages and refuse to take responsibility.
