In fact, they were even better than described as many of the pencils were not Prismacolor Scholar but Prismacolor Premier and quite a few were produced in the US and not Mexico. I would have still bought it even if you said you could just pop the head back on. This figure is also loose but the shipping was amazingly fast and packaging wasn't too great. Still a good figure but I just wish the seller would have put more details regarding the figure and the loose and broken area.
