This was an amazing purchase. although we had purchased brand new Moen faucets, we wanted to swap out for Newport Brass. We were able to get a faucet that, although open box and slightly scratched, was 85% savings!!! I give trisboye_0 the highest rating possible!! As a matter of fact, we ordered another one!!     This item was exactly as shown and absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong item. Even though it states the seller does not accept returns, after I contacted the seller and told them of my mistake they accepted my returns and sent me a return slip immediately. They were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend buying anything from this seller.
