Post office carrier wasn’t careful enough. The item got to me broken. I got a video of the carrier dropping really hard on the floor the motor and when I open it up, there were cracks and bends. The seller promptly refund me the money. I really recommend this awesome seller.!!!

Item was exactly as described and fit perfectly in my microwave. Packaging was a little overkill, they could've used less packaging for such a small item. Shipping was slow considering shipping speeds nowadays but I ordered an item I didn't really need, so it was fine and I waited for the item. Would buy from this seller again.
