I was so enamored with the item that I neglected to check the shipping beforehand. I contacted the seller to request cancellation and she quickly responded and offered to work with me on shipping; a refund was sent immediately. Seller is very nice to work with and the incense burner was well worth the money.

I cannot tell you the relief when I opened it and they were unscathed despite the shipping companies carelessness. The product was exactly as described and the seller gave me an excellent deal. I would highly recommend if you see a product you like on their page that you purchase it. Thank you!

However, she took care of this by issuing a partial refund to me while she sorted out a claim with the shipping company. Seller has shipped items similar before so packaging was likely fine, it just seems the shipping company ignored the fragile stickers!
