Unfortunately despite trying to get a small refund so that I could get the jump ring repaced by a jeweller we were not able to come to an agreement on the refund. Communication was good . Otherwise the jewellery set was good value for money. It is not right to think you can manipulate, threaten and be cunning to get a few more pounds off. I refused to refund the requested amount based on principle, and not the money.
