Pre-sale communication was prompt and thorough. My iMac arrived a day earlier than stated and packaged exactly as advertised. The iMac was like new (not a scratch or even a fingerprint!) and fired right up. Apple Magic Keyboard was the number pad version (not the non-number pad version in photos).
