All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item.
