I received a quick response and provided pictures of the kit to the seller. They offered to refund 50% of the price or send out a new kit, which is what I requested. Three days later I had a brand new kit! Excellent customer service! They didn’t want the original kit sent back either! Thanks a million! Highly recommend!

However, there is no ability to actually track the item, but still arrived. Item arrived damaged, but the shipper just left w/out a signature for inspection. Reached out to the seller and they solved the issue right away.
