I have another one which I have used for a year and the leather on the steering wheel has worn out a bit and the steering isnt as tight so thats what I was expecting from this given that its a refurbished product. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it works just like brand new, except it doesnt come with a box.

I told them I was just going to order the key and not to worry about it. They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again
