It was very well packaged. The watch is near mint and very good looking. It was mistakenly listed as a "Man's Watch", but it's obviously a woman's watch. I contacted the seller to tell them of the mistake. The next thing I knew, I received a FULL REFUND. No questions, no argument. Just an apology and the FULL REFUND. This seller is TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST. I will buy again.

I ended up coming back to him and repurchaed this item and it was received the next day. If you want exceptional service, I highly recommend Cathode/Rays. The item worked and fit perfectly in my Prime B560AAXII.MB
