    Nice antique kerosene lamp lot as described and pictured. The finger lamp described as having hairline cracks on the bottom of the font arrived shattered. NOT SELLERS FAULT. All lamps and chimneys were double bubble wrapped, separated from each other with cardboard dividers with more bubble wrap on box Botton, top and middle. (Probably 10 bucks worth!) The box was damaged by the Post Office en route as evidenced by the large gash and perforation on the side of the new shipping box. I"m pleased

    This seller is not truthful. There was no inside packing. The item moved freely inside the box. There was no fragile stickers or words Fragile on the outside of the box. I quickly wrote the seller and stated that I could keep the top if he could send a replacement bottom. He never replied. He refunded the sale, and sent the PO a claim which they paid 100% in their message to me. He kept the top to sell later. After my rating he wrote to me that he needs money, but his actions speak otherwise.

    This lady has done nothing but harass me, all because I can’t replace part of an item that is 80 years old that got damaged in shipping. I can’t control what a shipping company does. The item was well wrapped in bubble wrap and tapped securely into the box. Please read my other reviews and see how many say well packaged… why would I choose this glass item to let “move freely”. I instantly refunded her money, and then paid for the return label she requested… what more can I do?
