The hole the switch goes into doesn’t have the flat slot in it that I could see, but the knob does fit tight. Hope to get a lifetime of use out of the knob. Would buy again from this seller. You can tell it is brand new and it sure makes turning the fan off/on much easier. It is more substantial than the original knob

I attempted to install it and found that it does not fit on the fan speed switch (the post does not fit into the hole on the knob). It is either poorly designed or comes from a subpar 3D printer. I contacted the seller for a replacement or refund. No response after 24 hours. Disappointed.
