All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return.
