    Ordered a front end rebuild kit and it came with a partial ball joint package (missing attaching parts). Customer service quickly went into action to get a replacement sent to me. I received 2 or 3 emails from them letting me know when it was shipping and where it was. I have purchased from Detroit Axle multiple times in the past because they have quality parts at great prices and now I know from experience that they have superior customer service as well.     Quality is excellent. I've purchased from Detroit Axle several times, and their prices are very reasonable, quality has always been good as well. Responses/inquiries from Detroit Axle are also good. Only complaint is time to get delivered. Has taken 2-3 days over what the listing states on a few orders. BUT the order has always been delivered, just keep this in mind if in a time constraint. They do respond quickly to Emails. I will purchase again from Detroit Axle as needed. THANKS!
