Since the box had not been bashed, bent, or compressed, the chips arrived in good condition. I messaged the seller, he responded by accusing me of tearing 2 the bags open. I didn't find the other 2 bags ( at the bottom)opened until after I sent the first message. I then let him know. Once again -No apology or offer to replace them. Very upsetting and frustrating ! The box size is more than big enough to comfortably hold the chips through shipment. I ship many orders "the same order" without issue. Also customer was offered by Ebay to return the order. Customer did not so now customer is blocked.
