    The tie arrived with a stain on the front which did not appear in the listing--subtle, but definitely noticeable. I was disappointed, but after messaging him, the seller got back to me within a day and refunded me the price of the item. He was very kind and understanding.     The item was packaged pretty well—though I do wish there had been a bit more padding. It arrived in good condition overall. One of the wheels had come off during transit, but it was easy to reattach, so no big deal. These things happen! The car came in the same condition as described in the description. Shipping was fast, so I’m satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to reorder from this seller.
