Packaged well. Shipped fast. No BS from seller. Only markdown is there is a slight small tear/scratch on the center silicone button (enter button). The tear feels more like the small indicators on a pc keyboard to help you know where ypur fingers are. It's just nowhere near as large as the keyboard indicators yet can be used the same way so it bother me much.

In my opinion, Samsung could have improved the casing to be more resilient to the occasional dropping on hard surfaces (my problem). The overall quality and layout of controls offers good operation with one hand due to its compactness. The condition and overall like new appearance of my purchase was excellent for an used OE item. This makes for an exceptional value in comparison to new OE and the third party compatible generic versions. Join us, buy now!

I bought a knock off version off of Amazon that worked intermittently and caused the tv to reset. I had none of those issues with this remote.

Overall value was good seeing it was cheaper then Walmart or Target. Shipping was odd at first, got a lot of delay messages from USPS but thats not the fault of the seller directly, it could be from where they ship out multiple shipments at once and USPS doesnt sort them within a acceptable time frame, yet I will say my case arrived on time. Over all I DO RECOMMEND this seller! Thanks!

However, the wrong case was sent. I contacted the seller, sent them a photo of the incorrect case, and they shipped me the correct case right away. This issue was handled quickly and professionally. Mistakes will happen from time to time, and it is how the issue is dealt with that really matters. They made this transaction right, and as a result I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them in the future.
