The seller communicated with me every step of the way but A week later it came out of the blue! Packaging was immaculate, not so much as even a scuff! And after paying properly I’m now using the mug and pot for coffee and tea. Let me tell you though, the sign of relief when I pulled my 130ish year dish out and it was wrapped in a mile of bubble wrap was audible. I’m so grateful to the sellers for going the extra mile to protect this. The price was phenomenal, the shipping cost was perfect. My new (to me) platter is so beautiful and just like the photos!
