My postman arrived me 2 days earlier that the wrapper was at the Royal Mail sorting office (he knows me & my address) and said he’d put it through my door in a day or so which he did … definitely empty. I’ve lodged a complaint with eBay as I’ve contacted the seller who’s not responding . I need the contents of this parcel as they’re medical products for a very frail disabled pensioner . I’m so disappointed seller is not responding

The quality of the product was reduced, the value was poorer and its appearance was not as described by the photo (although now the supplier has changed the photo). i would NEVER use this supplier again, nor recomend them to others, please BEWARE.
