The customer service person answered my questions promptly, even though it was the weekend, and sent the product number to me so I could order straight away. Very good service, thank you.

The issue was with royal mail who told me it's was on its way , it was tracked but took 5 days and,numerous times of trying to contact royal mail who kept saying nobody to accept delivery .we were in 24/7 . Product from seller brilliant. Would never use royal mail again
