I got a msg asking for a picture of my key prior to them shipping to ensure I picked blank correctly. Unfortunately I didn’t see msg until after they shipped. I received the blank super fast. I didn’t pick the correct one. I sent a msg with the pics they asked for originally. Before I exited the app I had a response with the correct item and my refund request approved. The service was so good I doubled my order. Cut them yesterday and they are perfect. A++
