It was exactly as described, being brand new and sealed in factory Toyota packaging. Though it came all the way from Japan, it was still cheaper than ordering from a UK supplier. The part was brand new. It took awhile to be delivered because it was sent requiring a signature. this is not what I asked for, but I did get the part and it is exactly what the seller said it was. So I'm pleased with that!. It was much cheaper than buying from the local dealer. I will consider this seller again.
