They made it right and made it very easy to return the item. Seller was very professional and helpful through the whole process. Item description and shipping time was of no fault of theirs and entirely that of the courier and the seller did everything in their power to make things right. This was shipped the very next day after purchase. You did select USPS ground advantage at the time of checkout. There are faster shipping options available. This is by far the rudest feedback I have ever received. The fact that you can accuse me of all this is just plain disgusting. Could this item have gotten damaged in shipping? I know without a doubt that it wasn't damaged when it left here. You are welcome to return it for a refund.

The package was sufficiently packed, and after I got the right one sent to me, it was exactly as described. Good price considering it had the grease zerts installed. I didn’t pick the correct one. I sent a msg with the pics they asked for originally. Before I exited the app I had a response with the correct item and my refund request approved. The service was so good I doubled my order. Cut them yesterday and they are perfect. A++
