You can only hear sound on the left side of the headphones. I checked the the sound settings and everything is on balanced setting. I tried Bluetooth and I was able to get sound. Condition says excellent but the headphone jack is not working and wasn't mentioned it wasn't working properly in the description.

Warranty info in box. Seller sent 1 yr. warranty to email straight away. Been using a few days now and it’s MINT! SO RARE these days, to have such great experience but YUP! I did. Thanks so much!
