    I would use this company again! Printer came with a pixel not working, but this company paid for my shipping back,they replaced the head, then returned it. Communications was prompt, service was great, shipping was fast. Definitely would buy from them again.

    Seller was communicative. Quick shipping and well packaged. I did experience difficulties in getting the printer to play well with iOS and Mac. Seller was correct that despite being mifi certified it has practically zero support for iOS or Mac environments without first needing to be configured from a windows environment. Since I did not have one the seller recommended another model instead. Excellent service and communication. Thank you.
