Promptly contacted Seller and they actioned return process without hassle and with good level of communication throughout. Full refund for the item refund was issued by the Seller, again without difficulty after full explanation of the damage was outlined. Found them easy to deal with in regards to returning the damaged item.

The package did not arrive late, but it was given the status of a package received. Finally I found it at the post office but I did not receive any notification that it had arrived. I think the local courier sent the wrong information to Ebay. The product and the seller are correct.

I’m very satisfied by the product and it looked really good on my car, very happy with the product! However I would like to point out that communication could be a lot better between seller and customers. I wrote messages which were never answered.
