The item was as described and the seller informed me of the shipping status by email. I just ordered two more for the hall bathroom in different sizes but with the same design.

The seller was quick to find the end piece and overnighted it to me. I appreciate how he addressed the situation and would buy from them again with that kind of customer service. Love the towel bar.
