I was a little apprehensive at first after learning the product was coming from Holland to Los Angeles, CA, and the stupidly shifting US trade policies might delay shipment, even though I didn't need it right away. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the product arrived after two weeks, and as described. Seller was very responsive with updates, even though USPS wasn't. Thank you, Davy Holland Music!

The item was in pristine condition when it arrived. It was very well packed. The item was brand new, as described, and had all of the parts and instructions included. Oh, boy, was the value good. I received a brand new case from Davy Holland (including shipping and taxes) for $50 less than other internet offerings. I would strongly recommend buying from Davy Holland.
