I had to call out the Maryland Auto Mats when they claimed these Lincoln Town Car Floor mats were in the Erie, PA Fed-EX office on July 21st, but still not delivered to my home 25 miles south in Cambridge Springs, PA. After several emails and delays, the mats did arrive, and they are beautiful.

I requested the mats pictured be sent to me. Apparently the person who packaged the mats didn't see the message and sent one of the other mats. I sent a message and received a full refund including shipping and tax. I will reorder as the mat quality was good. Waiting to hear from the seller as I sent a message in the return box. The SELLER rates A+ for service and response time.
