They offered to replace the item and quickly shipped a replacement. These do ship well packed but the possibility exists to get unlucky still. The sign glows bright and looks great, would recommend buying from this store.

Unfortunately mine somehow came with a cracked tube. I don’t know how because the package it so well but I sent them an email and the responded quickly and fixed my problem. I love it and definitely recommend using if you’re looking for any neon.
