Found this repair service here on EBay. Shipped to Jersey. Upon receiving it, they had it repaired and shipped back out that same day. Received about 4 days later. So a total one week process. Works perfectly and saved me a ton of money and I have the original part back. Paulison responded in less than 5 minutes to any question I had. Highly recommended!

The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved. Amplifier works perfectly.

It also took MUCH longer than the advertised 1-5 days, I think mine took around 4 weeks total. Overall I am happy but I feel there could be better communication about the wait times, and why my original unit was not sent back to me?

Once the service was completed, I was advised the amp was shipped back to me. For some reason the shipping was lost and when I contacted the Ebayer they were not sure about the delay but kept me updated with resolving the problem. After a while I got nervous about my package being lost. The suddenly it was delivered today. Weird exchange but amp fixed, good service and communication.
