The muffler has no baffles so it's louder for its size but because of that has good power and throttle response. The chain came nice and sharp and I've sharpened it once since I got it and it seems to take a good edge. The only weird thing I've noticed is the tapping was not straight on the clutch center so it is not quite level and contacts the outer ring unevenly, I've not had any power issues with it but may wear the clutch out faster. Overall a great saw!

I run big saws, but I climb and do light work with this. Someone stole my first one. I did not baby it. It's the poor man's top handle arborist saw, and it's inexpensive. I have had to throw away more expensive chainsaws after a season due to poor quality. It's everything you need for smaller jobs. My back likes the lightweight one most. Better fit and finish than cheaper ones.

Good for occasional climbing and great for light work, cutting limbs and pruning. It was set too rich-no power-from the factory but tuned in nice and now runs great. Starts in 2-3 pulls cold, 1 pull when hot. Not bad! Plastic is light, thin, and flexible. Bar and chain seem decent. Full chisel, square grind chain. Good and useful for the price. Know how to tune and its ok

Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. With their outstanding "after sale" customer service, I have no doubts about this product.

I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. I thought I would be able to use but I'm getting up in age and even tho it is fairly light, I didn't want to take a chance with it.
