Their problem was fixed quickly and they gave me an extremely fair offer if I still wanted it. Unfortunately, I didn’t know it would be fixed by the next day, and had purchase from someone else and could cancel the order. With that said, I still gave them a positive report. I wish I had waited. I will shop with this seller in the future. They were a pleasure to work with even if we both missed out on the sale.

The box mine was sent in was too small and the bag was smooshed inside. No one wants an expensive bag smashed inside a box that is too small. Other than that, it was an ok transaction.
