Attempted to message the seller to inquire about it. After 3 days I have yet to receive a response from them. I know you run the risk with refurbished equipment, but other sellers would have at least responded to the buyer.

I contacted the seller and he responded immediately, apologized, and immediately shipped out the correct replacement parts. Excellent communication through the entire process, and overall an outstanding purchase. Highly recommended seller!

I accidentally left my old work address as my shipping address. I saw it right after I ordered so I sent a message to the seller asking if the order could be sent to my home address. I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them. EXCELLENT!
