It is as described and pictured and priced very reasonably. A high quality cutter but it takes noticeably more effort to cut 2” PVC than the Superior Cutter I previously had that the ratchet release mechanism broke. Side by side both cutters appear to be almost exactly the same size so I don’t know what the issue would be. Since I won’t be using it professionally (often enough) I will keep it. Great Seller! A+++

I purchased a wrong size socket and wanted to return it to the seller (unused, still new in the same packaging) but the seller said no need to return and sent me a full refund for the it. So I purchased a right size (3/4 drive 1-1/16" socket) from the same seller. This is one of the best seller I've dealt with in a long time. Not the seller's fault, but it was shipped on the 10th and didn't arrive until the 19th. That makes 10 days for it to make it from NV to PA. After a week, My worn out one failed (drilling bricks) before it arrived so I purchased one at Lowes to finish a tough job. Again, not the seller's fault. Be advised that his price is very good.
