It is as described and pictured and priced very reasonably. A high quality cutter but it takes noticeably more effort to cut 2” PVC than the Superior Cutter I previously had that the ratchet release mechanism broke. Side by side both cutters appear to be almost exactly the same size so I don’t know what the issue would be. Since I won’t be using it professionally (often enough) I will keep it. Great Seller! A+++

So I purchased a right size (3/4 drive 1-1/16" socket) from the same seller. This is one of the best seller I've dealt with in a long time.
