You can see that it has been bashed through the plastic bag, very disappointing, should have been more protected.

When I contacted the seller I was immediately offered a re-fund, but wanted the book and decided to wait a bit longer. I don't know how the seller managed it but the book I thought was lost in delivery has arrived! I would describe my experience with this seller as positive despite the delivery hiccup. Recommend.
